Brokers need to change ways, warns TABB Group

Brokers need to be more strategic in their dealings with clients or they will face repercussions, according to a report by research firm, TABB Group. The report, ‘Reinventing the relationship: Institutional brokerage profitability’ urges brokers to be more focused in how they “measure profitability, price their offering and calculate payouts” by identifying, aggregating and attributing client revenue and costs through a “robust, enterprise-wide client ranking system.” Click here to read more.
